Project Construction Progress
The following photos show actual construction activities carried out during the Mauritius pharmaceutical cleanroom project.
Project Kick-off Meeting and Technical Coordination
Before installation, SHP engineering team conducted a project coordination meeting with the owner, contractors and installation personnel to review cleanroom layout drawings, AHU installation requirements, HVAC routing and project schedules.
This meeting ensured that all construction activities complied with pharmaceutical cleanroom requirements and project specifications.
AHU Installation and HVAC Construction on Site
The cleanroom air handling units were installed on site together with the HVAC ducting network. The installation followed approved engineering drawings and was supervised by experienced cleanroom engineers.
The AHU system was designed to provide:
Temperature control
Humidity control
Pressure cascade management
HEPA filtered air supply
GMP-compliant environmental control
AHU Delivery and Pre-installation Preparation
Customized AHU modules were delivered to the project site and inspected before installation. Each unit was manufactured according to the cleanroom design requirements and prepared for integration into the pharmaceutical HVAC system.
Pre-installation inspection included:
Appearance verification
Component inspection
Label confirmation
Installation readiness review
Project Completion
Cleanroom installation completed according to the project scope.
HVAC installation and commissioning completed.
Cleanroom performance testing conducted.
Validation and project acceptance completed according to the documented project requirements.
