Customized GMP Clean Air Equipment Ensuring Cleanliness and in Laboratory Construction

Product Overview

Cleanroom

Cleanrooms are custom-built, controlled environments engineered to support high-value and precision-sensitive manufacturing and research processes. Through appropriate air filtration, airflow management, environmental control, and contamination-control measures, cleanrooms help reduce the impact of airborne particles and other contaminants on sensitive processes.

Cleanroom systems can be designed according to applicable cleanliness classifications, industry requirements, and project specifications, supporting product quality, process consistency, regulatory requirements, and advanced research and manufacturing applications.

Cleanroom Description

Technical Specifications

Final specifications are determined according to the cleanroom classification, production process and project requirements.

Key Advantages of Cleanrooms

• Protect High-Value Production Processes: Cleanroom systems help control airborne contamination risks in precision manufacturing environments, supporting product quality, process consistency, and contamination-sensitive production requirements.

• Support Stable Production Conditions: Cleanrooms help reduce the impact of external environmental factors by providing controlled temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and airflow conditions. These controls can support production consistency and help reduce contamination-related rework.

• Support Regulatory & Certification Requirements: Cleanroom solutions can be designed and configured with reference to applicable international standards and industry requirements. Testing, documentation, and applicable validation services can support certification processes where required.

• Support Long-Term Operational Efficiency: Appropriate cleanroom design, energy management, equipment selection, and maintenance planning can help control material waste, downtime, and contamination-related operating costs over the system lifecycle.

• Support Advanced R&D & Manufacturing: Controlled cleanroom environments provide suitable conditions for developing and manufacturing advanced, contamination-sensitive products and technologies where defined environmental conditions are required.

• Support Personnel Safety & Containment: Cleanroom systems can incorporate pressure control, ventilation, filtration, zoning, and containment measures to help manage hazardous materials and reduce cross-contamination risks according to the specific process and safety requirements.

Cleanroom Construction Progress Record

Cleanroom Panel Delivery and Material Preparation

Cleanroom wall and ceiling panels were delivered to the project site and organized according to the installation schedule. All materials were inspected before installation to ensure compliance with project specifications and cleanroom construction requirements.

HVAC Ductwork Fabrication and Installation

The HVAC installation team carried out on-site ductwork fabrication and assembly for the cleanroom ventilation system. Proper duct routing and sealing are essential for maintaining airflow uniformity, pressure control and contamination prevention.

Cleanroom Ceiling Grid and Utility Framework Installation

The ceiling suspension system and utility support framework were installed to accommodate cleanroom panels, lighting fixtures, HEPA filtration units and process utilities. This stage forms the structural foundation for the final cleanroom enclosure.

Project Completion

Cleanroom installation completed according to the project scope.
HVAC installation and commissioning completed.
Cleanroom performance testing conducted.
Validation and project acceptance completed according to the documented project requirements.
