Custom One-Stop Cleanroom Design Services

Product Overview

A cleanroom is a controlled environment engineered to minimize airborne particles, microorganisms, dust, and other contaminants within a defined space. Cleanroom cleanliness is classified and evaluated with reference to applicable standards such as ISO 14644, while temperature, humidity, differential pressure, airflow, and static electricity can be controlled according to process and project requirements through HEPA or ULPA filtration and HVAC systems.

Cleanrooms are widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, semiconductor production, biotechnology, aerospace, and precision manufacturing, as well as other applications requiring controlled environmental conditions. By applying appropriate filtration, airflow management, and environmental control measures, cleanrooms help reduce contamination risks and support product quality, process consistency, and reliable research and manufacturing operations.

Cleanroom Construction Progress Record

Cleanroom Panel Delivery and Material Preparation

Cleanroom wall and ceiling panels were delivered to the project site and organized according to the installation schedule. All materials were inspected before installation to ensure compliance with project specifications and cleanroom construction requirements.

HVAC Ductwork Fabrication and Installation

The HVAC installation team carried out on-site ductwork fabrication and assembly for the cleanroom ventilation system. Proper duct routing and sealing are essential for maintaining airflow uniformity, pressure control and contamination prevention.

Cleanroom Ceiling Grid and Utility Framework Installation

The ceiling suspension system and utility support framework were installed to accommodate cleanroom panels, lighting fixtures, HEPA filtration units and process utilities. This stage forms the structural foundation for the final cleanroom enclosure.

Project Completion

Cleanroom installation completed according to the project scope.
HVAC installation and commissioning completed.
Cleanroom performance testing conducted.
