Class 100 Complete Sterile Clean Room One Stop Design Build Service

Product Overview

A cleanroom is a controlled indoor environment designed to minimize airborne contaminants and maintain defined temperature, humidity, and air pressure conditions. By integrating high-efficiency filtration systems, professional air-conditioning and air circulation equipment, and modular sandwich panel construction, cleanrooms can provide controlled cleanliness levels for industrial and scientific applications.

Cleanrooms are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing, medical device production, and biological laboratories where effective contamination control is required. We provide integrated cleanroom engineering services covering layout planning, structural construction, HVAC system installation, performance testing, and after-sales technical support.

Cleanroom projects can be customized according to site conditions and operational requirements, including room dimensions, required cleanliness classification, and functional configuration. Project designs are developed with reference to applicable international industry standards and GMP requirements. We select suitable materials and construction methods according to project specifications, with a focus on construction quality, maintainability, and long-term operational performance to support reliable cleanroom environments for customers worldwide.

Cleanroom Construction Progress Record

Cleanroom Panel Delivery and Material Preparation

Cleanroom wall and ceiling panels were delivered to the project site and organized according to the installation schedule. All materials were inspected before installation to ensure compliance with project specifications and cleanroom construction requirements.

HVAC Ductwork Fabrication and Installation

The HVAC installation team carried out on-site ductwork fabrication and assembly for the cleanroom ventilation system. Proper duct routing and sealing are essential for maintaining airflow uniformity, pressure control and contamination prevention.

Cleanroom Ceiling Grid and Utility Framework Installation

The ceiling suspension system and utility support framework were installed to accommodate cleanroom panels, lighting fixtures, HEPA filtration units and process utilities. This stage forms the structural foundation for the final cleanroom enclosure.

Project Completion

Cleanroom installation completed according to the project scope.
HVAC installation and commissioning completed.
Cleanroom performance testing conducted.
