Cleanliness Efficiency White Clean Room Customized Clean Room Projects & Equipments ISO9001

Product Overview

A cleanroom is a purpose-built controlled environment where airborne contaminants and other environmental factors are managed within a defined space through the integration of engineered systems and established operational controls. Its fundamental purpose is to establish a predictable, repeatable, and verifiable microenvironment in which environmental variables are controlled according to specified cleanliness, process, and operational requirements.

By managing factors such as airborne particles, airflow, temperature, humidity, and differential pressure, cleanrooms help minimize environmental interference in precision manufacturing, scientific research, and other contamination-sensitive applications.

Cleanroom Description

Technical Specifications

Final specifications are determined according to the cleanroom classification, production process and project requirements.

Features at a Glance

• Support High Product Quality and Reliability

  • Control Microscopic Contamination: A single airborne particle can affect sensitive manufacturing processes, particularly in semiconductor and medical device applications. Cleanroom filtration, airflow management, and contamination-control measures help reduce airborne particles and other contaminants, supporting product quality, process performance, and manufacturing yield.

  • Control Biological Contamination: In pharmaceutical manufacturing, microbial contamination can affect product quality and batch integrity. Cleanrooms, together with appropriate environmental monitoring, cleaning procedures, personnel controls, and other contamination-control measures, help reduce the risk of microbial contamination. For sterile or aseptic applications, cleanroom design and operation are implemented according to applicable regulatory and process requirements.

• Support Production Yield and Consistency

  • By providing controlled environmental conditions, cleanrooms help reduce the impact of environmental variables on manufacturing processes. Controlled temperature, humidity, airflow, differential pressure, and airborne cleanliness can support process consistency and repeatability in applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, precision optics, and other contamination-sensitive production environments, potentially helping reduce contamination-related scrap and rework.

• Enable Advanced Manufacturing and Research

  • Technologies such as nanotechnology, MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems), and advanced biotechnology often involve highly sensitive processes at micro- or nano-scale levels. Cleanrooms provide controlled environmental conditions that can support the development, testing, and manufacturing of these technologies where defined cleanliness and environmental requirements apply.

Cleanroom Construction Progress Record

Cleanroom Panel Delivery and Material Preparation

Cleanroom wall and ceiling panels were delivered to the project site and organized according to the installation schedule. All materials were inspected before installation to ensure compliance with project specifications and cleanroom construction requirements.

HVAC Ductwork Fabrication and Installation

The HVAC installation team carried out on-site ductwork fabrication and assembly for the cleanroom ventilation system. Proper duct routing and sealing are essential for maintaining airflow uniformity, pressure control and contamination prevention.

Cleanroom Ceiling Grid and Utility Framework Installation

The ceiling suspension system and utility support framework were installed to accommodate cleanroom panels, lighting fixtures, HEPA filtration units and process utilities. This stage forms the structural foundation for the final cleanroom enclosure.

Project Completion

Cleanroom installation completed according to the project scope.
HVAC installation and commissioning completed.
Cleanroom performance testing conducted.
Validation and project acceptance completed according to the documented project requirements.
