Industrial Class 1000 Cleanroom Turnkey Project One Stop Solution

Product Overview

Modern cleanrooms are purpose-built controlled environments designed to maintain defined airborne particle levels and indoor environmental conditions. By integrating optimized air filtration, fresh air supply and exchange, and differential pressure control, cleanroom systems help limit the entry and spread of airborne dust and microbial contaminants within controlled areas.

Cleanrooms are widely used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronics production, medical laboratories, food processing, and other applications where controlled environmental conditions are required. We provide customized cleanroom engineering services covering cleanroom design, turnkey construction, equipment supply, system installation, commissioning, and applicable qualification and validation services.

Each cleanroom solution can be configured according to the client's production process, available space, required cleanliness classification, and applicable industry requirements. Cleanroom structures, filtration systems, and environmental control equipment are selected according to project specifications, with a focus on structural quality, maintainability, energy efficiency, and long-term operational performance.

Quality control procedures are applied throughout the design, manufacturing, installation, and testing stages according to the project requirements. This approach supports the development of controlled, reliable environments for production, laboratory, and research applications.
