Class 1000 Modular Prefabricated Cleanroom Solution for Quick Assembly and Easy Expansion

Product Overview

Our Class 1000 modular prefabricated cleanroom is designed for manufacturing and production environments that require controlled airborne particle levels and defined operating conditions. The system integrates a modular cleanroom structure with cleanroom panels, HVAC systems, HEPA filtration, FFU units, cleanroom doors and windows, and other supporting equipment according to project requirements.

The prefabricated design allows major components to be prepared and assembled efficiently, helping reduce on-site construction work and installation time compared with conventional construction approaches. Its modular configuration also supports internal layout modifications, equipment integration, maintenance, and future cleanroom expansion when production requirements change.

The cleanroom can be customized according to the required cleanliness classification, room dimensions, production process, environmental conditions, site conditions, and project specifications. System configuration and equipment selection can be adjusted according to the defined cleanroom performance and operational requirements.

Key Features

Class 1000 Cleanroom Environment

The cleanroom is designed for applications requiring a controlled and low-particle production environment. The air filtration and airflow system can be configured according to the required cleanroom classification and project requirements.

Modular Prefabricated Structure

The cleanroom uses a modular construction concept with prefabricated components. This approach supports efficient on-site assembly and provides greater flexibility for future modification or expansion.

Fast Assembly

Factory-prepared cleanroom components can reduce the amount of conventional construction work required at the installation site. This helps simplify the installation process and can reduce disruption to existing production facilities.

Easy Expansion

The modular structure allows additional areas, partitions, or functional zones to be incorporated when production capacity increases. Expansion can be planned according to the available facility space and process requirements.

Integrated Environmental Control

The cleanroom can integrate HVAC, HEPA filtration and FFU systems to help control airborne particles, temperature, humidity, pressure differential and airflow conditions.

Customized Configuration

Cleanroom dimensions, panel materials, ceiling systems, air-conditioning capacity, filtration systems, doors, windows and supporting equipment can be configured according to individual project requirements.

Technical Specifications

Final specifications are determined according to the cleanroom classification, production process and project requirements.

Cleanroom Components

Modular Prefabricated Structure

The modular structure provides the basic framework for the cleanroom and is designed to support efficient installation and future modification. Factory-prepared components can help reduce on-site construction work and provide greater flexibility for different room layouts.

Cleanroom Panels

Cleanroom panels form the walls and other enclosed surfaces of the controlled environment. Panel construction can be selected according to requirements for insulation, surface finish, fire resistance, structural performance and the intended application.

HVAC System

The HVAC system is an important part of cleanroom environmental control. It can be configured to maintain the required temperature, humidity, airflow and pressure conditions according to the production process and cleanroom classification.

HEPA Filtration

HEPA filtration is used to remove fine airborne particles from the cleanroom supply air. The filtration configuration and filter quantity are selected according to the required cleanliness level, airflow design and project specifications.

FFU System

Fan Filter Units (FFUs) provide filtered air to the cleanroom and can be configured according to the room size, airflow requirements and cleanliness target. FFU quantity and arrangement can be customized for different cleanroom layouts.

Cleanroom Doors and Windows

Cleanroom doors and windows are designed to maintain the integrity of the controlled environment while providing access, visibility and operational convenience. Configuration can be selected according to room pressure, process requirements and facility layout.

Supporting Equipment

Additional cleanroom equipment can be integrated according to the project, including air showers, pass boxes, clean benches and other supporting systems.

Cleanroom Classification & Environmental Control

A cleanroom must be designed according to the required level of particle control and the specific production process.

For a Class 1000 cleanroom project, the air-handling and filtration system can be engineered to provide controlled airflow and particle conditions appropriate to the intended application.

Depending on project requirements, environmental parameters may include:

1. Airborne particle concentration
2. Air changes and airflow volume
3. HEPA filtration
4. Temperature
5. Relative humidity
6. Differential pressure
7. Airflow direction
8. Cleanroom pressure cascade

The final design should be determined according to the applicable cleanroom classification standard, production process and customer specifications.

Cleanroom Testing and Validation

After installation, the cleanroom can be tested and commissioned according to the project requirements.

Depending on the cleanroom application and qualification requirements, testing may include:

1. Airborne particle counting
2. Airflow measurement
3. Airflow uniformity testing
4. HEPA filter integrity testing
5. Differential pressure testing
6. Temperature testing
7. Relative humidity testing
8. Cleanroom recovery testing

Testing and validation requirements should be confirmed during the engineering and commissioning stages based on the applicable standards and project specifications.

Modular Cleanroom Installation Process

1. Project Requirement Analysis

We first review the required cleanroom classification, production process, room dimensions, environmental conditions and facility layout.

2. Cleanroom Design

The cleanroom layout and system configuration are developed according to the project requirements. The design can include the cleanroom enclosure, HVAC, HEPA filtration, FFUs, doors, windows and supporting equipment.

3. Component Prefabrication

Major modular components are prepared according to the approved design and specifications before delivery to the project site.

4. On-Site Assembly

The prefabricated cleanroom components are transported to the installation site and assembled according to the planned layout.

5. HVAC and Filtration Installation

HVAC equipment, HEPA filters, FFUs and related air-distribution components are installed and integrated into the cleanroom system.

6. Testing and Commissioning

The completed cleanroom is inspected and commissioned. Required environmental and cleanliness parameters are tested according to the project specifications.
