• Fresh Air / Return Air Section
  Controls the introduction and recirculation of air according to the HVAC design.
• Pre-Filtration Section
  Removes larger airborne particles before air enters the finer filtration stages.
• Cooling Coil
  Removes sensible and latent heat from the air. It can be connected to a chilled-water system or other specified cooling source.
• Heating Section
  Provides heating when required for temperature control or winter operation.

  Configured when the cleanroom process requires tighter humidity control.

  Provides the required airflow and static pressure for the downstream air distribution system.

HEPA filter location depends on the cleanroom HVAC design. In some systems, final HEPA filtration is installed at the terminal FFU or ceiling level rather than directly inside the AHU

• 1. Requirement Analysis
  Review cleanroom classification, room volume, occupancy, process heat load, outdoor air requirements, temperature and humidity targets.
• 2. Airflow Calculation
  Determine supply and return airflow based on room requirements, air-change strategy, pressure relationships and process requirements.
• 3. AHU Selection
  Select airflow capacity, static pressure, cooling/heating capacity, filtration stages, fan type and control configuration.
• 4. System Integration
  Coordinate AHU with chillers, pumps, ductwork, HEPA filters, FFUs, sensors and BMS.
• 5. Manufacturing
  Manufacture the AHU according to the approved configuration and technical specifications.
• 6. Testing & Commissioning
  Perform applicable factory inspection and support on-site commissioning according to the project scope.

Products Description

• Filtration Section: Equipped with primary and medium - efficiency filters. In some high - demand scenarios, high - efficiency filters will be added. It is used to remove dust, particles and other pollutants in the air, and serves as the pre - purification link of the clean room air - conditioning system.
• Temperature and Humidity Treatment Section: Includes surface coolers (for refrigeration/dehumidification), heaters (hot water/electric heating) and humidifiers (dry steam/electrode humidification, etc.), which realize the precise regulation of air temperature and humidity.
• Fan Section: Provides the power for air delivery, including supply fans and return fans. The air volume is controlled by adjusting the fan speed.
• Air Damper and Mixing Section: Equipped with fresh air dampers, return air dampers and exhaust air dampers, which are used to adjust the mixing ratio of fresh air and return air to ensure indoor air quality.
• Other Auxiliary Sections: Some AHUs are equipped with silencers (to reduce fan noise), access doors (for easy maintenance), differential pressure monitoring devices (to monitor filter clogging), etc.

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes. We can provide DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ documentation, FAT/SAT reports, operation manuals, maintenance guides and complete cleanroom drawings according to project requirements.
