Stainless Steel HEPA Filtered Pass-through Box for Clean Room in Laboratory Facility
Product Overview
Pass Box
A Pass Box (Pass-through Chamber) is a critical engineered barrier installed between zones of different classifications. Its purpose is to facilitate material transfer without compromising environmental integrity. By preventing air exchange, it maintains pressure differentials, ensures containment, and preserves the cleanliness standards of adjoining spaces.
- Static Pass Box
Static Pass Box is specifically designed that aids in the material transfer without much personnel movement.Furthermore, the Static Pass Box also acts as a hindrance for entrance of contaminants in clean room and other classified areas.
- Dynamic Pass Box
A Dynamic Pass Box is an interlocked, HEPA-filtered air shower chamber installed in a wall between two areas of different cleanliness classes. Its primary function is to decontaminate materials by blowing HEPA-filtered air over them before they enter the higher-cleanliness zone.

Critical Safety&Usage Rules
-
NEVER use as a storage cabinet or personnel accessway.
-
NEVER transfer incompatible chemicals, live pathogens (unless properly decontaminated), or excessive particulates.
-
ALWAYS ensure the sending-side door is fully closed before the receiving side is opened.
-
UV Hazard: Interlocks must prevent door opening during UV operation. Never view UV light directly.
Products Description
- Observation window: The observation window is the key feature that transforms a pass-through from a "black-box" device into an interactive, monitorable, and trustworthy intelligent control node.
- Interlock system: The cleanroom interlock system is the most direct embodiment of the Quality by Design (QbD) concept at the facility level. Through "hard-wired" engineering controls, it establishes an underlying line of defense for product quality and patient safety that activates automatically without requiring human intervention.
- Differential pressure gauge&Detection port: The value of the differential pressure gauge lies in providing continuous status awareness and immediate alerts, serving as the eyes of daily operations.
- ARC Corner: ARC Corner represents a fundamental shift in cleanroom design—from passively tolerating contamination to proactively eliminating contamination risks.
- Corrosion-resistant stainless steel: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel is the material of choice for high-standard cleanroom construction, with its advantages profoundly impacting the cleanroom's performance, lifespan, and compliance.
