Air Shower

Air showers are enclosed chambers installed at cleanroom and controlled environment entry points. Their purpose is to minimize the introduction or egress of airborne particulates. Individuals and items moving through the entrance are thoroughly cleaned by jets of HEPA-filtered air at high velocities of 20-22 m/s (4000-4300 fpm). The contaminated air is subsequently drawn in through the unit's base, filtered, and recirculated back into the system.

How the Air Shower Works

An air shower acts as part of the personnel purification route and is installed between the gowning area and the controlled cleanroom area.

• 1. Personnel Entry
  Staff proceed into the air shower from the gowning or lower-cleanliness side.
• 2. Door Interlocking
  An interlocking system directs the entrance and exit doors, helping to prevent simultaneous opening during normal operation.
• 3. Air Shower Cycle
  Filtered air is channeled through directional nozzles, removing loose particles from exposed surfaces of cleanroom garments.
• 4. Air Recirculation and Filtration
  According to how the equipment is configured, the air circulation system recovers air and passes it through the filtration system.
• 5. Cleanroom Entry
  On completion of the programmed shower cycle, the exit door can be released and personnel proceed into the controlled area.

The actual shower cycle, airflow configuration, filtration arrangement and control logic should be selected consistent with the cleanroom design and project requirements.

A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
