Air Shower
Functioning as a critical decontamination facility, the cleanroom air shower is designed to dislodge and remove loose contaminants from garments and equipment with jets of ultra-clean air, acting as a final cleansing step before entering the controlled environment.

How the Air Shower Works
Between the gowning area and the controlled cleanroom area, an air shower is normally installed as part of the personnel purification route.
- 1. Personnel Entry
Personnel are admitted into the air shower from the gowning or lower-cleanliness side. - 2. Door Interlocking
Helping to prevent both doors from opening simultaneously during normal operation, an interlocking system controls the entrance and exit doors. - 3. Air Shower Cycle
Directional nozzles deliver filtered air for removing loose particles from exposed surfaces of cleanroom garments. - 4. Air Recirculation and Filtration
The air circulation system recovers air before passing it through the filtration system according to the equipment configuration. - 5. Cleanroom Entry
Once the programmed shower cycle completes, the exit door can be released and personnel proceed into the controlled area.
To suit the cleanroom design and project requirements, the actual shower cycle, airflow configuration, filtration arrangement and control logic should be selected.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows.
Q3:When is your delivery time?
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days.
Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
