Air Shower
An air shower is a mandatory personnel/ material decontamination unit installed at the entrance of a cleanroom. It uses high-velocity, filtered clean air to blow off particulate contaminants from the surfaces of individuals or objects, thereby preventing the introduction of pollutants into the critical clean area.

How the Air Shower Works
An air shower is located between the gowning area and the controlled cleanroom area as part of the personnel purification route.
- 1. Personnel Entry
Personnel move into the air shower from the gowning or lower-cleanliness side. - 2. Door Interlocking
An interlocking system keeps the entrance and exit doors coordinated, helping to prevent both from being opened simultaneously during normal operation. - 3. Air Shower Cycle
Loose particles are removed from exposed surfaces of cleanroom garments by filtered air supplied through directional nozzles. - 4. Air Recirculation and Filtration
The air circulation system recovers air and directs it through the filtration system per the equipment configuration. - 5. Cleanroom Entry
The exit door can be released once the programmed shower cycle is completed, letting personnel proceed into the controlled area.
Based on the cleanroom design and project requirements, the actual shower cycle, airflow configuration, filtration arrangement and control logic should be selected.

A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days.
Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
