Industrial Cleanroom Airlock Door with Environmentally-friendly and Automatic Function

Product Overview

Cleanroom Sliding Door

A cleanroom sliding door is a specialized horizontal-moving barrier system engineered for controlled environments. It is constructed from low-particulate, chemically resistant materials and incorporates peripheral sealing systems (such as gaskets or magnetic seals) to minimize the transfer of airborne contaminants during operation. Its primary function is to provide secure access while maintaining critical pressure differentials, thermal stability, and air purity within clean zones, ensuring compliance with stringent cleanliness standards.

Safety Devices

• Anti-pinch Protection: Infrared safety light curtains or pressure sensors are installed on the edge of the door panel. If obstacles are detected during closing, the door will stop immediately and open in reverse, avoiding injury to personnel or damage to materials.

• Emergency Opening: Equipped with an emergency manual unlocking device, the door can be opened manually in case of power failure or system failure to ensure rapid evacuation of personnel.

• Overload Protection: The motor is built-in with an overload protection module to prevent motor burnout caused by door jamming, extending the service life of the equipment.
