Static Pass Box is specifically designed that aids in the material transfer without much personnel movement.Furthermore,the Static Pass Box also acts as a hindrance for entrance of contaminants in clean room and other classified areas.

• Dynamic Pass Box

A Dynamic Pass Box is an interlocked, HEPA-filtered air shower chamber installed in a wall between two areas of different cleanliness classes. Its primary function is to decontaminate materials by blowing HEPA-filtered air over them before they enter the higher-cleanliness zone.

• Contamination Isolation
   
  It blocks air convection between areas of differing cleanliness standards, preventing external particles, microorganisms, and other contaminants from infiltrating the cleanroom, while also avoiding the leakage of conditioned clean air from the controlled zone.
• Item Purification Treatment
   
  Most passboxes are fitted with HEPA/ULPA high-efficiency filters and UV germicidal lamps. During the transfer process, items undergo surface sterilization via UV irradiation, and surface dust is removed by filtered purge air, reducing contamination risks associated with the transferred goods.
• Interlock for Cross-contamination Prevention
   
  Equipped with mechanical or electronic interlock systems, the device strictly prohibits the simultaneous opening of doors on both sides. This physical constraint eliminates direct air exchange between two zones, fundamentally avoiding cross-contamination incidents.
• Efficient Material Transfer
   
  It replaces the need for frequent personnel entry and exit of the cleanroom, streamlining the material transfer workflow. This not only improves operational efficiency but also minimizes fluctuations in cleanroom cleanliness and reduces energy consumption caused by personnel movement.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
