Static Pass Box is specifically designed that aids in the material transfer without much personnel movement.Furthermore,the Static Pass Box also acts as a hindrance for entrance of contaminants in clean room and other classified areas.

• Dynamic Pass Box

A Dynamic Pass Box is an interlocked, HEPA-filtered air shower chamber installed in a wall between two areas of different cleanliness classes. Its primary function is to decontaminate materials by blowing HEPA-filtered air over them before they enter the higher-cleanliness zone.

1. Interlocking Systems

• Mechanical Interlock: A physical gear/bolt system. Most reliable, failsafe.

• Electromagnetic Interlock: Controlled by sensors and solenoids. Allows integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) and audit trails.

• Pneumatic Interlock: Used in hazardous environments (flammable gases, explosives).

2. Airflow & Filtration Types

• Static (Non-Purged): No internal fan. Relies solely on the room's pressure differential to push air through filters. Basic, for low-risk transfers.

• Dynamic (Self-Purging / Air Shower): Equipped with an internal blower and HEPA/ULPA filters. Initiates a purge cycle to actively remove particulate contamination from items and the chamber interior. Most common type.

3. Decontamination/Sterilization Options

• UV-C Light: Germicidal ultraviolet lamps to reduce microbial load on surfaces.

• Ozone or VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) Generation: For advanced bio-decontamination cycles, often in pharmaceutical or bio-containment applications.

• Spray Systems: Integrated nozzles for manual or automated chemical disinfection (e.g., sporicidal agents).

4. Common Configurations

• Standard Pass Box: Wall-mounted, with basic interlock and optional purge.

• Floor-Mounted / Laminar Flow Pass Cabinet: Larger units with a vertical unidirectional airflow (UDAF) work zone for transferring bulky or multiple items.

• Airlock Pass Box (Double-Door Airlock): A larger chamber capable of accommodating personnel or carts, with full interlock and purge sequences.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
