Cleanroom Cosmetics/Hospital Weighing/Dispensing/Sampling Booth for Food Beverage

Product Overview

LAF/Weighing Booth/Dispensing Booth

Main Specification for LAF/Weighing Booth/Dispensing Booth

Features at a Glance

• Provide a Local High-cleanliness Environment

Equipped with a combined filtration system of primary filter and HEPA/ULPA high-efficiency filter, it delivers uniform unidirectional laminar airflow, maintaining the operating area at ISO Class 5 or higher cleanliness level, and meeting the environmental requirements of high-precision processes such as sterile product dispensing and precision electronic assembly.

• Isolate Contaminants and Prevent Cross-contamination

The stable laminar airflow forms an air barrier, blocking dust particles and microorganisms from the surrounding environment from invading the operating zone. Meanwhile, it quickly removes contaminants generated during operations, avoiding pollutant diffusion and reducing the risk of cross-contamination.

• Flexibly Adapt to Various Application Scenarios

Available in multiple installation modes including ceiling-mounted, wall-mounted and mobile types, it can be used independently or integrated with the cleanroom central air conditioning system, adapting to different local purification needs such as laboratory workbenches and key production line stations.

• Save Energy and Reduce Operational Costs

It only provides high-precision purification for critical operation points, eliminating the need to upgrade the cleanliness level of the entire cleanroom space. This significantly reduces the system air volume demand and energy consumption, cutting down the cleanroom construction and long-term operational costs.

• Ensure Process Stability and Compliance

As a core device for local purification in cleanrooms, its performance complies with industry standards such as ISO 14644. It helps production and laboratory processes meet compliance requirements including GMP, improving product yield and the reliability of experimental data.

Products Description

• Housing/Casing: Constructed from stainless steel, aluminum, or coated galvanized steel for durability, cleanability, and corrosion resistance.

• HEPA/ULPA Filter: The core filtration element, mounted on the discharge side, providing final air cleaning.

• Centrifugal Blower Fan: Typically a backward-curved impeller design, providing stable airflow with good energy efficiency and low noise. Units may feature single or multiple fans (for redundancy).

• Pre-filter: Usually a primary (G4) or medium-efficiency (F8) filter located at the fan inlet. It protects the main HEPA filter and extends its service life by capturing larger particles.

• Control System:

  • Speed Control: Modern FFUs predominantly use Electronically Commutated (EC) motors, allowing infinite variable speed control via 0-10V DC, PWM signals, or network commands. This enables precise airflow adjustment and significant energy savings compared to older AC motor designs.

  • Monitoring: May include integrated differential pressure sensors (to monitor filter loading), status indicator lights, alarm functions, and communication interfaces for connection to Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Airflow Diffuser/Perforated Plate: Mounted below the filter, it helps to equalize and stabilize the discharged airflow, promoting uniform laminar flow.
