Product Overview
The air shower is a mandatory purification passage for cleanrooms. Its operational process is as follows: after personnel or materials enter, the dual doors interlock, and the system activates high‑speed clean airflow to perform an all‑around blow‑off, effectively removing surface particles. The contaminated air after showering is recovered through the bottom, filtered, and the clean air is recirculated, completing the final purification step before entry.

How the Air Shower Works
An air shower is positioned between the gowning area and the controlled cleanroom area as part of the personnel purification route.
- 1. Personnel Entry
Personnel proceed into the air shower from the gowning or lower-cleanliness side. - 2. Door Interlocking
Both the entrance and exit doors are controlled by an interlocking system to help avoid simultaneous opening during normal operation. - 3. Air Shower Cycle
Filtered air, supplied through directional nozzles, removes loose particles from exposed surfaces of cleanroom garments. - 4. Air Recirculation and Filtration
The air circulation system collects air and passes it through the filtration system according to the equipment configuration. - 5. Cleanroom Entry
Once the programmed shower cycle has been completed, the exit door can be released and personnel proceed into the controlled area.
The specific shower cycle, airflow configuration, filtration arrangement and control logic should be selected to match the cleanroom design and project requirements.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows.
Q3:When is your delivery time?
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days.
Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
