An Air Shower is a purification device installed at the entrance to a cleanroom. When personnel or materials enter, its high‑efficiency nozzles eject a high‑velocity stream of filtered clean air to blow away attached dust particles from surfaces. This reduces the risk of contamination entering the clean area, making it a core barrier for maintaining the cleanroom environment.

• High-Efficiency Particle Removal (Blow-down)

  • Mechanism: When a person or object enters the air shower, powerful fans draw air in and push it through High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) or Ultra-Low Penetration Air (ULPA) filters. This ultra-clean air is then ejected at high speed (typically 20-25 m/s) from strategically placed nozzles on the walls.

  • Effect: The high-velocity jets create a "scrubbing" action that dislodges and removes loose dust, lint, fibers, skin flakes, and other surface particles from clothing, hair, and materials.

• Airlock & Containment Barrier

  • Interlocking Door System: Air showers are equipped with two doors that are electronically interlocked. Only one door can be open at a time.

  • Purpose: This creates a physical barrier that prevents unfiltered air from outside from flowing directly into the cleanroom. It helps maintain the cleanroom's critical positive air pressure, which is essential for keeping contaminants out.

• Dual-door interlock: When personnel or materials enter, the outer door opens first to access the air shower chamber. The inner door leading to the clean area can only be opened after the outer door is closed, preventing direct air exchange between zones.
• High-velocity airflow jets: Once inside, nozzles surrounding the chamber emit clean air filtered through High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters at a typical speed of 20–28 m/s, directed at specific angles toward the person or object.
• Particle dislodgment: The high-speed airflow effectively removes dust particles ≥0.5 µm attached to clothing or goods surfaces.
• Recirculation filtration: The dislodged particles are carried by the airflow into bottom return vents, filtered again, and recirculated to maintain the cleanliness of the shower air.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
