Product Overview
An Air Shower is a critical contamination control device that complies with the ISO 14644 cleanroom construction specifications. It is mainly installed at the entrance of clean areas, and adopts a dual technical approach of high-efficiency filtered airflow purging + interlocked air barrier isolation to effectively remove particulate matter from the surfaces of personnel and materials. It serves as an important pre-control unit to ensure that cleanrooms meet the required classification standards and maintain stable process production.

How the Air Shower Works
Conventionally, an air shower is installed between the gowning area and the controlled cleanroom area as part of the personnel purification route.
- 1. Personnel Entry
Entry into the air shower is made from the gowning or lower-cleanliness side. - 2. Door Interlocking
During normal operation, an interlocking system controls the entrance and exit doors, helping to prevent both from being opened simultaneously. - 3. Air Shower Cycle
To remove loose particles from exposed surfaces of cleanroom garments, filtered air is supplied through directional nozzles. - 4. Air Recirculation and Filtration
The air circulation system recovers air, then passes it through the filtration system as defined by the equipment configuration. - 5. Cleanroom Entry
The exit door can be released after the programmed shower cycle is completed, and personnel proceed into the controlled area.
The actual shower cycle, airflow configuration, filtration arrangement and control logic are to be selected according to the cleanroom design and project requirements.

Q3:When is your delivery time?
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days.
Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
