Product Overview
The Air Shower dedicated to cleanrooms is a pre-positioned purification barrier for personnel and materials entering clean areas. It removes surface contaminants via high-speed purified airflow purging, and is paired with a double-door interlock design to block the infiltration of unpurified air. It not only effectively reduces the contamination load of the cleanroom, but also maintains stable indoor pressure differential, making it an essential supporting device for high-cleanliness demand scenarios such as electronics, and precision manufacturing.

How the Air Shower Works
An air shower is generally installed between the gowning area and the controlled cleanroom area as part of the personnel purification route.
- 1. Personnel Entry
Personnel step into the air shower from the gowning or lower-cleanliness side. - 2. Door Interlocking
An interlocking system governs the entrance and exit doors, helping to prevent simultaneous opening of both doors during normal operation. - 3. Air Shower Cycle
Directional nozzles supply filtered air to remove loose particles from exposed surfaces of cleanroom garments. - 4. Air Recirculation and Filtration
The air circulation system recovers air and sends it through the filtration system based on the equipment configuration. - 5. Cleanroom Entry
After completion of the programmed shower cycle, the exit door can be released, allowing personnel to proceed into the controlled area.
According to the cleanroom design and project requirements, the actual shower cycle, airflow configuration, filtration arrangement and control logic should be selected.

A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days.
Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
