Cleanroom High Speed Roller Door

As a critical environmental control component for cleanrooms, the high-speed roller door operates at a speed of over 0.6 meters per second, enabling quick passage of personnel and materials while preventing the infiltration of external contaminants.

Equipped with dedicated servo motors for industrial high-speed doors (e.g., the German PHREP motor). The standard specification is 220V, 0.75KW, 50HZ, characterized by high efficiency, strong braking torque and long service life.

  The maximum opening speed ranges from 0.8 to 2.0 m/s (adjustable), while the closing speed is adjustable to 0.8 m/s or lower, catering to different material handling scenarios.
• Control Methods
   
  Standard configuration includes push-button control. Optional methods cover access control system integration, radar induction, geomagnetic loop induction, pull-cord switch and remote control, to realize intelligent and automated operation.

• High Operating Speed

  • Head & Track Sealing: Sealed canopy and dust-proof tracks prevent particle accumulation and ingress.

  • Curtain Material: Anti-static, anti-microbial, low-particulate-shedding, and easy-to-clean coated fabrics. Often transparent or translucent for visibility and safety.

  • Frame & Components: Constructed from anodized aluminum or stainless steel with smooth, non-porous, corrosion-resistant surfaces that withstand frequent cleaning and sanitization.

• Intelligent Control & Safety Systems

  • Drive System: Frequency-controlled motors ensure smooth acceleration, constant speed, and deceleration, minimizing vibration and noise.

  • Activation Options: Radar motion sensors, photocell beams, induction loop detectors, access control integration (keycard, code), and interlocking with cleanroom management systems.

  • Safety Features: Standard sensitive bottom edge (instant reversal upon obstruction) and optional safety light curtains to prevent closure when an object is detected.

• Pressure Differential Integrity

  • The combination of high speed and tight sealing minimizes pressure fluctuations during door cycles, acting as a critical barrier for maintaining positive or negative pressurization.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
