• High-efficiency Air Filtration and Purification
   
  Equipped with HEPA/ULPA high-efficiency filters, it can capture dust particles, suspended particulates and microorganisms with a particle size of ≥0.3μm in the air (filtration efficiency up to 99.97% or higher), ensuring that the airflow supplied to the cleanroom meets the requirements of the corresponding cleanliness class and reduces pollution from the source.
• Establishing a Stable Unidirectional Airflow Field
   
  The centrifugal fan provides stable air pressure, delivering filtered clean air at a uniform wind speed (usually 0.3~0.5m/s) vertically or horizontally. This creates a unidirectional airflow environment inside the cleanroom, quickly removing contaminants generated during production and maintaining stable indoor cleanliness.
• Modular and Flexible Combined Air Supply
   
  Adopting a standardized modular design, it can be used independently or installed in an array of multiple units according to the cleanroom area and cleanliness requirements. It is suitable for the air supply layout of cleanrooms of different classes from Class 100 to Class 1000, facilitating later expansion and renovation.
• Maintaining Cleanroom Pressure Difference Balance
   
  Cooperating with the cleanroom's return air system, the continuous clean airflow delivered by FFU can maintain a positive pressure gradient between clean areas and non-clean areas, as well as between zones of different cleanliness classes, preventing unfiltered external air from infiltrating and blocking cross-contamination channels.
• Reducing System Energy Consumption and Operation Costs
   
  Some high-end FFUs are equipped with variable frequency fans, which can adjust the wind speed according to the real-time cleanliness requirements of the cleanroom to achieve on-demand air supply. Meanwhile, the modular structure allows separate disassembly and filter replacement without shutdown maintenance, reducing overall operation and maintenance costs.
• Adapting to Environmental Control in Special Scenarios
   
  In special industries such as biopharmaceuticals and electronics semiconductors, FFUs can be configured with antibacterial filters, anti-static enclosures, etc., to meet the stringent requirements of sterile production, anti-static interference and other scenarios.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
