  Integrated with a gradient filtration system consisting of G4 primary filter, F8 medium-efficiency filter, and HEPA high-efficiency filter, it achieves a filtration efficiency of ≥ 99.97% for particles ≥ 0.3μm, and can stably deliver clean air meeting ISO Class 5–8 standards. The primary and medium-efficiency filters trap large-particle impurities, significantly reducing the load on the HEPA filter, preventing premature clogging, ensuring stable long-term purification performance, and meeting the requirements of stringent standards such as GMP and ISO 14644-1.

  Featuring a standardized box structure, it is compact and lightweight, and can be directly embedded in cleanroom ceilings, wall-mounted, or connected to air ducts for use, eliminating the need for complex on-site assembly. It supports standalone operation (suitable for small laboratories and sampling rooms), parallel deployment of multiple units (to meet the needs of large-area clean workshops), and can also serve as the core filtration component of LAF hoods and clean benches, flexibly adapting to purification upgrades in new projects or existing spaces.

  • Low construction costs: Compared with traditional centralized HVAC terminal filtration solutions, HEPA Boxes do not require additional complex air duct systems, cutting down initial engineering investment.
  • Low operation and maintenance costs: The primary and medium-efficiency filters can be quickly disassembled and replaced, with simple maintenance procedures. Some models are equipped with differential pressure gauges to monitor filter resistance in real time, avoiding blind replacement of consumables. The service life of HEPA filters can reach 1–3 years, and the modular structure eliminates the need for full-plant shutdowns for maintenance, reducing losses caused by production interruptions.
   
• Optimized Airflow Organization to Ensure Process Safety

   

  The built-in air plenum chamber stabilizes airflow pressure, and combined with diffuser/perforated panel air outlet design, the purified air is evenly diffused, avoiding excessively high local air velocity or eddy currents, and preventing the suspension or spread of contaminants in clean areas. It is particularly suitable for core processes with high requirements for airflow stability, such as sterile pharmaceutical filling and microelectronic chip packaging, reducing the risk of product contamination.

  It is not restricted by cleanroom scale, and can be configured on demand for applications ranging from local workstations in laboratories to large-scale clean workshops in , semiconductors, and bio. Fanless models can be connected to AHU systems, while models with built-in fans can operate independently, meeting different air supply power requirements, and boasting both versatility and customization potential.

• Housing/Casing: Constructed from stainless steel, aluminum, or coated galvanized steel for durability, cleanability, and corrosion resistance.HEPA/ULPA Filter: The core filtration element, mounted on the discharge side, providing final air cleaning.

• Centrifugal Blower Fan: Typically a backward-curved impeller design, providing stable airflow with good energy efficiency and low noise. Units may feature single or multiple fans (for redundancy).

• Pre-filter: Usually a primary (G4) or medium-efficiency (F8) filter located at the fan inlet. It protects the main HEPA filter and extends its service life by capturing larger particles.

• Control System:

  • Speed Control: Modern FFUs predominantly use Electronically Commutated (EC) motors, allowing infinite variable speed control via 0-10V DC, PWM signals, or network commands. This enables precise airflow adjustment and significant energy savings compared to older AC motor designs.

  • Monitoring: May include integrated differential pressure sensors (to monitor filter loading), status indicator lights, alarm functions, and communication interfaces for connection to Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Airflow Diffuser/Perforated Plate: Mounted below the filter, it helps to equalize and stabilize the discharged airflow, promoting uniform laminar flow.

Q1: Where is your company?

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.

Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows. 

Q3:When is your delivery time? 
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 

Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.

Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation? 
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
