Working Principle
-
- Outdoor air or cleanroom return air enters the HEPA Box and first passes through the primary filter to trap large-particle impurities.
- The airflow then goes through the medium-efficiency filter to remove suspended particles of medium particle size.
- Finally, it passes through the HEPA high-efficiency filter, which captures more than 99.97% of fine particles and microorganisms.
- The purified air is stabilized by the plenum chamber, diffused through the air outlet panel, and delivered to the cleanroom or local purification workstations (such as the supporting filtration unit of Laminar Air Flow (LAF) hoods).

Centrifugal Blower Fan: Typically a backward-curved impeller design, providing stable airflow with good energy efficiency and low noise. Units may feature single or multiple fans (for redundancy).

Pre-filter: Usually a primary (G4) or medium-efficiency (F8) filter located at the fan inlet. It protects the main HEPA filter and extends its service life by capturing larger particles.

Speed Control: Modern FFUs predominantly use Electronically Commutated (EC) motors, allowing infinite variable speed control via 0-10V DC, PWM signals, or network commands. This enables precise airflow adjustment and significant energy savings compared to older AC motor designs.

Monitoring: May include integrated differential pressure sensors (to monitor filter loading), status indicator lights, alarm functions, and communication interfaces for connection to Building Management Systems (BMS).

Q1: Where is your company?
A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.
Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows.
Q3:When is your delivery time?
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days.
Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation?
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
