Chiller

Simply put, a chiller in a cleanroom engineering project is like the "refrigeration heart" of the cleanroom’s central air conditioning system. Its working principle is similar to that of an outdoor unit of a household air conditioner: it cools water through a refrigeration system, and then sends the chilled water to the air conditioning terminals and heat-generating equipment in the cleanroom. Supplying cooling to the air conditioner stabilizes the cleanroom’s temperature, humidity and pressure differential, preventing excessive dust and bacteria levels. Cooling the equipment prevents precision instruments from losing accuracy or shortening their service life due to overheating. With a chiller in place, the cleanroom can meet the stringent environmental requirements of production and experiments.
