Particle Filtration: The integrated HEPA or ULPA filter efficiently removes airborne particulate contaminants (such as dust, microbes, and aerosols) from the airflow. This is critical for achieving the required cleanliness class in ISO Class 5 (Class 100) and higher cleanrooms.
Delivery of Clean Air: It draws in "dirtier" air (from the turbid room interior or return air) and supplies filtered "clean air" continuously, providing a consistent stream of air that meets the specified cleanliness standards.
Creation of Unidirectional (Laminar) Flow: When multiple FFUs are installed across the cleanroom ceiling in a densely packed array, they generate a uniform, vertical downward unidirectional airflow. This acts like an "air piston," swiftly pushing contaminants toward the return air vents.
Primary Air Recirculation Driver: The built-in fan provides the motive force for air movement. It forms an independent, modular recirculation system that can work in conjunction with the Make-Up Air Unit (MAU) or, in some designs, operate independently, offering high flexibility.
Positive Pressure Maintenance: By continuously supplying air into the room, FFUs help maintain positive pressure relative to external areas or adjacent lower-classification zones, preventing the infiltration of unfiltered air.
Air Velocity & Uniformity Control: Most FFUs feature variable speed control (via AC, DC/EC motors or frequency conversion), allowing precise adjustment of supply air velocity and volume. This ensures stable and uniform airflow in the working zone, meeting cleanliness requirements while optimizing energy efficiency.
Auxiliary Temperature & Humidity Control: While FFUs do not condition air themselves, the stable, large-volume airflow they create facilitates the rapid and even distribution of temperature- and humidity-controlled air supplied by the HVAC system throughout the workspace, preventing local hot spots or dead zones.
Modularity & Flexibility: Each FFU is an independent unit, making installation, replacement, and maintenance straightforward. The layout can be easily reconfigured by adding, removing, or relocating units.
Space Saving: Integrating the fan and filter within the ceiling plenum eliminates the need for large centralized ductwork and air handling units, reducing the required floor-to-floor height.
Energy Efficiency Potential: FFUs equipped with high-efficiency Electronically Commutated (EC) motors often operate more efficiently at partial loads compared to traditional large fan systems. When integrated with intelligent control systems, they can enable zoning and demand-based operation of FFU clusters, leading to significant energy savings.
Ease of Maintenance & Monitoring: Filter replacement can be performed online for individual units without system shutdown. Modern FFUs can be equipped with monitoring modules to provide real-time feedback on operational status (air velocity, filter differential pressure, alarms, etc.) to a central control system.

Q1: Where is your company?
A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.
Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows.
Q3:When is your delivery time?
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days.
Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation?
A5: Yes, we can offer documentaries of DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ. Still fat & Sitting. Product operation manual, maintenance guide and a complete set of cleanroom drawings.
