Fan filter units are stand-alone units with integrated HEPA-filter,fan and control system.They supply purified air to cleanrooms and laboratories within the life-science,food-and beverage and microelectronic industries by removing harmful airborne particles from recirculating air. Unlike pressurized cleanroom ceiling plenums,FFUs create a positive room pressure that reduces the contamination risk from potential ceiling bypasses.

    • Air Velocity & Uniformity Control: Most FFUs feature variable speed control (via AC, DC/EC motors or frequency conversion), allowing precise adjustment of supply air velocity and volume. This ensures stable and uniform airflow in the working zone, meeting cleanliness requirements while optimizing energy efficiency.

    • Auxiliary Temperature & Humidity Control: While FFUs do not condition air themselves, the stable, large-volume airflow they create facilitates the rapid and even distribution of temperature- and humidity-controlled air supplied by the HVAC system throughout the workspace, preventing local hot spots or dead zones.

A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days. 


Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
