Structural Description
- Core Components: An Air Shower consists of several major parts: cabinet, doors, HEPA filters, blower/fans, control box (power distribution), and nozzles.
- Baseplate: The baseplate is typically made of durable stainless steel. The cabinet is made of stainless steel or cold-rolled steel plates, bent and welded, with a milky-white powder-coated finish.
- Cabinet Fabrication: The cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel with an electrostatic powder-coating surface for an aesthetic and durable finish. The interior baseplate uses full stainless steel for superior wear resistance and easy cleaning.
- Customization: The primary materials and external dimensions can be customized according to specific client requirements.
Troubleshooting Methods for Daily Maintenance
1. Power Supply Issues Typically, there are four locations on an Air Shower where the power can be cut off. If the power indicator light is off, please re-check these four points:
- (1) The main power switch on the exterior cabinet.
- (2) The control panel inside the interior cabinet.
- (3) Emergency switches on both sides of the exterior cabinet (designed to cut off power in emergencies to ensure personnel safety).
2. Fan/Blower Failure If the blower does not work, first check the Emergency Stop Switch on the exterior cabinet. If it has been pressed, gently press and rotate it to the right to release it.
3. Low Wind Speed or Fan Reverse Rotation If the fan is rotating in reverse or the wind speed is significantly low, please verify whether the 380V three-phase four-wire circuit is correctly connected. (Phase sequence error is a common cause of reverse rotation in three-phase motors).
