A Complete Controlled Environment, Delivered Turnkey
The completed facility is a fully enclosed controlled environment built with SHP's in-house manufactured modular cleanroom systems: smooth white modular wall and ceiling panels, seamless coved epoxy flooring, ceiling-mounted FFU (Fan Filter Unit) arrays with HEPA filtration, flush LED lighting, and cleanroom doors with vision panels. From design and panel fabrication to equipment supply, on-site installation and commissioning, the entire scope was handled by SHP's own team, ensuring consistent quality control and on-schedule delivery.
Validated and Ready for Operation
Tailored to pharmaceutical and microbiological applications, the facility includes specialized rooms for culture media storage, washing and sterilization, forming a complete laboratory environment. After installation, SHP engineers conducted a full on-site inspection: wearing complete cleanroom garments, the team verified the integrity of wall panel sealing, doors and windows, and used handheld particle counters and airflow meters to validate the air cleanliness and filtration performance of the FFU/HEPA systems. The validation results confirmed that the environment meets the required cleanliness grade. The facility is now ready for operation.
